We don't use a traditional batter—ours are made from a savory herbed yeast risen dough that makes them incredibly soft and fluffy, almost like a fresh-baked roll. We slice it open like a pita and stuff it with crispy fried chicken. You can stop there or go Big and load it up with our creamy Mac N’ Cheese, smother it in gravy, or try our Cajun cream sauce.
